Lumiere Restaurant has undergone a major renovation with the internationally reknowned chef, Daniel Boulud taking the helm. This project required artwork that gave an element of sophistication to this high-end establishment. In the collaborative process, artwork was chosen for adding “sparkle” to the ambience, as well as coordinating colour. This backlit artwork was professionally installed where lighting would best show the artwork.
In another area of the Lumiere Restaurant this artwork,(shown below) was chosen to coordinate with Urban Lights (right). Colour highlight in this image added interest to this neutral wall while keeping with the artwork theme.
Consultation regarding lighting was discussed to enhance the artwork and to maintain the desired ambience of the dining area.

Urban lights collection #8 & 9 printed on duratans film, mounted to 1/4” plexi, inset 3” all around to leave a clear edge. 5ft wide x 3.5ft high.
