Angela Cameron WINS "Artist of the Year" at the Professional Photographers of Canada National Salon 2012. As shown (right) Cameron's entries (received 2 merits & 2 accepted) impressed the judges at this large competition. Reportedly, judges made the decision quickly to award Cameron this distinctive honor at this yearly event. Professional Photographers of Canada BC Division competiton March 2012 Angela Cameron receives 2 merit and 2 accepted in the annual "image quest" competition and also receives "Best First Time Entry" award for her image "twilight waves". Cameron became an accredited member recently at PPOC in the Fine Art category. Photographers then enter the PPOC 2012 National Salon (entries shown above). This adds to her long list of awards achieved over the last 20 yrs. |

| Penthouse playroom in Toronto receives forest panorama photographs printed on wallcovering. As requested by the designer, Angela photographed and sequenced several forest images and printed on wallcovering to cover over 35ft of wall space. What a great way to bring a touch of nature to a downtown living space. |

Royal Tower Atlantis suites art installation
| Custom shell art on canvas for tropical hotel in Bahamas. Angela Cameron Fine Art inc collaborated with Wilson and Associates Dallas for custom artwork in the suites at Royal Tower Atlantis Hotel. Angela specifically photographed these shells as per designers vision, to coordinate the interior design of the room. Each of the 24"x24" 5 piece shell art has the flexability to be arranged in various ways, depending on the rooms layout. We love the fresh turquoise color combination and how the designer pulled together a sophisticated tropical look. |

Commissioned Lobby Art Install
|
After months of planning, commissioned fine art photography by Angela Cameron has been installed at this busy, upscale corporate building in Seattle. Each of the 3 elevator lobby areas received a collage theme relating to the unique view and neighboring surroundings of this 2nd Ave hub that include The Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Place Market and the Ferries. All within walking distance. In collaboration with the designer, client, architect and construction project manager, the 7ft wide by 11ft high artwork is now the focal point of this completely renovated space. Angela and her team ensure expectations were exceeded including a custom non-glare application that keeps the space relaxed and inviting. This project is featured in our fall 2011catalogue PDF |

The 2 scarf designs are created by Angela Cameron from images in her portfolio. “Mod Auto 25E” is a collage of various vintage car parts & logos with bold color and texture. “Crocus dots abstract” is an abstract dot pattern from a garden of crocus flowers. Olympic committee chooses Angela Cameron's artwork

Vancouver Olympic committee chooses custom acrylic artwork for their VIP area at the Olympic Village. "neon grass 98 & 101" were selected to coordinate with the Olympic colors of blue and green. Artwork was float mounted on 3ft x3ft acrylic pieces and suspended from the ceiling. Angela and her team were pleased to have her artwork chosen for the VIP room and also (other ACFA artwork) for the Mayors office as well, at the Olympic Village. "COLOR MAGAZINE" judges validate Angela Cameron's photography

Angela Cameron's trend forward fine art has won another respected award in the internationally renowned "COLOR Magazine for fine art photography collectors". The September 2010 special issue of COLOR Magazine featured Angela's creative imagery,catching the judges attention for its modern, simple design with bold color. Her artwork uses color, light and movement to evoke an emotional response, and is visually distinctive both in photographic technique and execution, no post production manipulation is done. This adds another to the already extensive list of awards that Cameron has achieved spanning 20 years of photography. |
