Framed Art Specs:
• Premium Archival Matte Fine Art Paper
• Solid Wood Frames in Black or White
• Artwork has a 1.5 inch white border all around (no mat) with 1/2" spacers between the print and the frame to give a shadowbox effect.
• Plexi glass front, paper back finish with wire hanger, hook included
16x24, 24x36 and 24x24 frames have 3/4 inch face width
30x40 and 30x30 frames have 1 inch face width
• Premium Archival Matte Paper - 1 inch white border all around included in the paper sizes listed. Prints will ship in a tube.
• Rolled canvas comes with 2" mirror edge all around and ships in a tube
• Stretched canvas done on 1.25" deep solid wood stretcher -mirrored edge
Hang your art out of direct sunlight and also avoid humidity (eg bathrooms) and also hot areas such as fireplace mantels.
All our framed artwork comes with plexi glass instead of standard glass - not only for ease of shipping, but for safety to the artwork print. Clean the plexi glass with a soft cloth (same as used for a computer screen) and no sprays. Handle art by the wire on the back.
When will I receive my artwork?
Production at our Portland OR facility takes 3-6 business days + delivery time depending on where you live. Artwork will ship via Fed Ex and you will receive a tracking number via email when it has left our production facility. A signature will be required for the delivery.

What is your return policy?
Artwork is made to order to the highest archival quality. We stand behind customer satisfaction and quality of your artwork piece. Our safe ship guarantee ensures your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
As we don't stock artwork we cannot accept returns. If you have concerns about your artwork, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Can I copy or use any of the images on your website?
All the images are copyright enforced and not to be used without permission.
We do however, encourage Designers to save images off this website for client presentation only.
Why does my credit card keep declining? Is your website secure?
Likely an error has been made with your address that coordinates with your card. Sometimes credit card companies will not allow payments to go through - please check with them if it persists. We ensure our website is very secure and meets the high standards of credit processing through Shopify.

How large will your artwork go?
We have completed murals 35 ft wide x 12ft high. Canvas artwork 8ft wide - no problem. All Angela's work is captured with the highest resolution for exceptional quality enlargements.
